Paints and Their Different Purposes

Its work is to holds the pigment together and helps the paint in sticking to the surface. During the paint manufacturing process a binder is used in making the components stick together.

The choice of the topcoat affects the overall appearance of the paint system its durability and the ability to withstand knocks.
